RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & PACKAGE PROTECTION

POLICY

We are committed to the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unwashed, unworn, and includes the original tags. Please note, however, that all items listed as "final sale" are unable to be returned or exchanged.


US and Canadian customers will be provided with a prepaid Free Returns and Package Protection bundle at checkout. This bundle covers return shipping costs, as well as claims for lost, missing, or damaged packages. For all returns for a refund, please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded.


If you choose to opt out of our prepaid Free Returns and Package Protection bundle, you will be responsible for purchasing a shipping label from your courier of choice for any return requests. However, as a courtesy, ASRV will cover the shipping costs for exchanges.


At this time, we do not offer a prepaid Free Returns and Package Protection return shipping option for customers outside of the US and Canada, but we will cover the cost of shipping exchange items back to you. Although free international returns are not yet available, international customers can still opt to add Package Protection at checkout. For any refund inquiries regarding taxes and duties on returned items, please contact your local customs office for appropriate compensation, if applicable.

To process a return, warranty, or claim request, we require verification of your order number and confirmation that the order was placed directly through the ASRV website.

Please note that if you purchased your gear from an official ASRV reseller and are experiencing an issue, please contact the reseller directly for assistance.

EXCEPTIONS 

Due to limited availability, Limited Edition Drops may be final sale and won't be eligible to be returned or exchanged.

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on facemasks, face coverings, balaclavas, compression bottoms, underwear, or socks.
