Summary

We are looking for a high-level Warehouse Manager at ASRV. The position will
consist of efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods. You will work and manage all warehouse personnel to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately, be a vital part of the supply chain process, and ensure that productivity targets are met.

The Warehouse Manager will pick items, pack them, and ship packages out to
customers. Your role will be to improve the efficiency of the warehouse and maintain customer satisfaction with low error percentage and timely delivery. You will also work to help with supply chain management in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing goods

• Pull, pack, and ship goods for shipment with an extremely high level of accuracy

• Re-rack returns and update inventory

• Process Domestic and International returns & exchanges

• Be responsible for your own competencies in computerized systems where
  necessary

• Assist with upkeep and organizing the warehouse and perform general
  cleaning duties

• Be responsible for tasks list and scheduling for other warehouse personnel

• Stock boxes and bags for fulfillment tables

• Be familiar with all products in the ASRV catalog for accurate restocking

• Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these

• Notify CEO of problems that are not resolvable

• Produce monthly reports of losses and Athlete/Employee giveaway
  products

• Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are
  accurate

• Plan future capacity requirements

• Respond to and deal with some customer service questions relating to
  outgoing or incoming orders and communicate with ASRV Customer Service
  Associates

• Keep an up-to-date binder of all current products

• Know all defective issues and how to process and organize different defects

• Be aware of all issues that mean a garment cannot be resold

• String hoodies and remove tags

• General upkeep and organization of the warehouse

• Recruit and train staff, as well as monitor staff performance and
  progress

• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce
  to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded

• Coordinate the use of automated and computerized systems where
  necessary

Requirements

• Lift up to a maximum weight of 50lbs using proper ergonomic techniques

• Work 50 hours in a week during release weeks and after sales
