Summary

We are looking for a high-level Operations Manager at ASRV. The Operations
Manager will optimize logistics and support a variety of business operations
initiatives. You will work closely with senior-level leadership as well as the creative teams to meet strategic objectives.

The Operations Manager will also be responsible for improving and facilitating the needs of a fast-growing business by continuously improving business operations, managing a large variety of projects, and developing new ways to help ASRV become an industry leader.

Ultimately, the Operations Manager will help streamline processes and facilitate projects needed to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and partner with leaders to maintain current project status
  and details

• Provide a strategic view for business expansion

• Develop and distribute communications to teams, ensure team
  understanding of project and resource allocations

• Be able to handle a large project load with little to no assistance

• Maintain documentation that can be presented to various levels of
  organization

• Execute additional business operations initiative

• Liaison on all logistics, i.e. supply chain logistics support for a 3PL

• Set up and optimize processes aimed at improving workflow for the creative
  teams while keeping financial goals in mind

Qualifications

• Highly collaborative self-starter that embraces change and high level
  thinking

• Leadership level communication and strategic decision-making skills for
  short-term and long-term goals

• Experience in creative, brand-driven and fast-paced environment

• Experience with true understanding of team needs and potential and
  partnering with leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in consumer product/e-commerce (B2C),
  preferably in the activewear or apparel industry

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business Administration
