ASRV stands for "All Season Recreation Versatility" which is a design philosophy based on the MAYA principle applied to sportswear design.

I ordered the wrong items. Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
In an attempt to fulfill all orders within 1 business day, we are unable to make any edits or modifications to an order once it has been placed. However, in the event that a mistake was made while placing your order, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a cancellation request.
Please note that cancellation requests are not guaranteed, but our team will do their best to process your cancellation as long as your order has not been processed at our warehouse.
Who is responsible for international taxes and duties?
Taxes and duties incurred by each country on imported items are the customer's responsibility. Custom fees are based on the total value of the products entering your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide, with the exception of Russia due to U.S. Sanctions. International customers may choose from a range of shipping options with FedEx and USPS.
How long do orders take to ship?
We fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days.
Please note that during sales and holidays, we require 2-5 business days for processing.
My tracking information says my package is being returned to sender. What steps can I take to have the package reshipped to me?
My tracking information says my package was delivered but I never received it?
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you never received it, please email email@example.com and one of our customer experience representatives will be able to further assist you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your Return/Exchange policy?
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags. We will pay for the return shipping for all US orders. Returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on Customs or Duties.
Please note: all sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges on facemasks, face coverings, balaclavas, leggings, underwear or socks.
